Dallas, Texas   

This new stadium in Arlington, Texas, was built to serve as the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys.  The project was completed in 2009, for an estimated $1.15 billion.  The facility also serves a variety of other activities such as concerts, basketball games, college and high school football games, and many other events.  

Dallas, Texas   

Home to Southwest Airlines, this multi-million dollar, three-story facility provides home to roughly 1,500 employees.  It encompasses nearly 500,000 square feet of space, sitting on over 20-acres of land.

Atlanta, GA   

This retractable-roof, multi-purpose stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, is the home of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons and Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United FC. The stadium, at an estimated cost of $1.4 billion, is a replacement for the old Georgia Dome. 

Dallas, Texas   

The Hilton Anatole features over 1,600 guest rooms, and is one of the largest hotels in the South, as well as being a major convention and meeting facility and housing ballrooms, meeting spaces, shops, a health club, restaurants & bars.

Fort Worth, Texas   

This $1 Billion facility incorporates the latest in computing infrastructure design and is designed around several hundred square feet of data hall as well as an administration building housing offices and a café, all situated on roughly 110 acres.  

Dallas, Texas   

The 467,000 square foot, 10-story, Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center at Dallas was built as the largest outpatient cancer center in North Texas, to provide a world-class facility for cancer care, cancer education, research, and clinical trials.  

Plano, Texas   

Multi-building, mixed-use campus in Plano, Texas, encompassing nearly 100-acres, and over 1.5 million square feet of office space.  The office campus serves over 150 different business, including Heartland Payment Systems, Guardian Life Insurance, Wells Fargo, Ford Motor, FM Global, Siemens and NTT Data.  Timberlake & Dickson has provided equipment for four separate office buildings, each building ranging in size from around 250,000 to 300,000 square feet each. 

Plano, Texas   

 New hotel with roughly 300 guest rooms, 30,000 square feet of meeting space, ballrooms, and meeting rooms, opened in 2014.

Dallas, Texas   

UT Dallas is home to roughly 25,000 students, and is ever expanding its 450-plus acre campus.  The improvements to which Timberlake & Dickson contributed were necessary to support rapid growth on the existing campus, which included the addition of multiple new facilities totaling nearly 1 million square feet of new buildings.

North Texas   

This 600,000 square foot facility in North Texas houses roughly 1,500 Fidelity Investment employees.
